In addition, if you are using a particular service on or through this website, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services and they shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
2. Our Service
This website is run by Aurora Beth Tarot. The terms “I”, “me”, and “my” refer to Aurora Beth Tarot. The services provided to you on this website are on an "as is" basis. You agree that I exclusively reserve the right and may, at any time and without notice and any liability to you, amend any specification of the goods offered. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you are not authorized to access my website, use any of my website’s services or place an order on my website.
3. Ethics Statement
All of my tarot readings are confidential and will never be shared with anyone without the client's permission. I offer readings to the best of my ability with compassion, love and honesty.
I provide readings to people who are 18 years and over. People younger than 18 years old will need written consent from their parent or legal guardian to receive a tarot reading.
4. Privacy Policy
Registration data and other personally identifiable information that I may collect is subject to the terms of my Privacy Policy. I will not share your Personal Information with third parties, unless you have otherwise consented, or when it is required or permitted by law. Providing me with your Personal Information is your choice, however, your decision not to provide certain information may limit my ability to provide you with my services.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 All sales are final by default and no refunds are offered for these services.
5.2 Refunds will not be given if a buyer's questions are declined due to not meeting the criteria stated in the service description. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the details carefully on each product page and ensure that questions asked fall in line with what is on offer.
6. Buyer Agreement
6.1 The buyer agrees to purchase the reading in advance via secure Stripe e-payment
6.2 The buyer understands that they are remitting payment for a service and not goods. In return for payment, the buyer receives a personalised service which includes my knowledge, expertise, insight and time.
6.3 The buyer agrees to be mindful when enquiring about another person's energy and accepts that a reading may not be fulfilled/ fully achieved if the other energy is extremely dark, isn't willing to open up, or is particularly fragile. Please respect my energy as I only work with the light.
7. Delivery
7.1 I will deliver the reading to the customer within 7 business days* after purchase to the email address specified in the Purchase Order, unless otherwise agreed by the customer in writing.
7.2 Delivery of the reading will be via email which will show the Purchase Order Number and Order Date. It will also include a video link to access the reading, which will be available for a month after which it will be deleted, but it may be downloaded by the customer.
* Business Days means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
8. Third Party Services
Goods and services of third parties may be advertised and/or made available on or through this website. Representations made regarding products and services provided by third parties are governed by the policies and representations made by these third parties. I will not be liable for or responsible in any manner for any of your dealings or interaction with third parties.
9. Disclaimer
Aurora Beth Tarot readings do not include: diagnosing health conditions, giving an outcome on a legal matter, channeling the deceased, reading about dark energies, solving crimes, predicting pregnancy, death or the timing of events. Any questions of this nature will result in a reading being forfeited.
You understand and agree that your use of this website and any services or content provided is made available to you at your risk. I make no warranty, implied or express, that any part of the service will be uninterrupted, virus-free, nor that the content is safe in any manner for download. You understand that I do not provide legal, psychological or medical advice of any kind and that use of such advice or any other information is solely at your risk and without liability of any kind.
You acknowledge that any future predictions are not guaranteed due to the law of freewill and energy shifts. Predictions are based on current energy which could change due to decisions made by you or another person.
10. Limitation of liability
You expressly understand and agree that I will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible loss, resulting from or arising out of: (i) the use or inability to use the service, (ii) unauthorised access to or alteration of your data transmissions, (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or (iv) any other matters relating to the service. All divinatory readings offered on this website are for entertainment purposes only.
11. Reservation of Rights
I reserve the right to refuse my services to anyone for any reason. I reserve the right to make modifications to the website including changing, suspending or discontinuing any of my services at any time, without notice.
I am not providing you with any implied or express licenses or rights by making services available to you and you will have no rights to make any commercial uses of my services without my prior written consent.
12. Data Protection
Each party is responsible for its own compliance with its data protection obligations under Data Protection Laws with regard to its processing of personal data; and the only personal data to be transmitted between the parties is Business Contact Data.
13. Applicable Law
You agree that this Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of your use of this website or my products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws where the headquarters of the owner of this website is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement by mediation or any other procedure upon which the parties may agree.
